Mental Hospital Escape is a fast-paced hide and seek survival game set inside a dark and confusing hospital environment. The game offers two completely different roles that change how you play. You can become the doctor, whose job is to hunt down every patient before time runs out. Or you can play as a patient, where survival is the only goal. Running, hiding, climbing, and quick reactions decide who wins each round.

How to Play

At the start of each match, you choose between doctor mode or patient mode. The objective changes based on your role.

As a doctor, your mission is to find and capture all patients before the countdown ends. Patients will try to hide, climb obstacles, and confuse you by changing directions quickly. You must move efficiently and predict where they might run next.

As a patient, the goal is to survive until the timer reaches zero. You need to run constantly, dodge corners, climb rocks, and use the environment to break the doctor’s line of sight. Standing still or choosing bad routes usually leads to a quick capture.

Each round is short but intense, making the game easy to replay and improve with every attempt.

4. As a doctor, cut off escape paths instead of following directly behind patients.

5. Learn common hiding routes. Patients often repeat the same paths when panicking.

6. Smooth mouse dragging gives better control than fast jerky movements.
